Halloween Tips from Kids

Don't carve your pumpkins too early.

Don’t carve your pumpkins too early.

  1. Bring a cute baby with you so that you’ll get more candy.
  2. Don’t forget where your house is. You need to get back home.
  3. Don’t wear team sports jerseys or hats. If someone doesn’t like the team, they might not give you as much candy.
  4. Look both ways before you cross the street, and pay attention until you get to the other side.
  5. Be bright and flashy even if you are a ninja.
  6. Be careful of dogs…even the ones wearing cute Halloween costumes.
  7. Don’t go trick or treating by yourself.
  8. When it comes to eating the candy, get your parent’s permission first, especially if you have food allergies.
  9. Don’t threaten people with fake Halloween costume weapons.
  10. Don’t take candy from anyone driving around in their cars.
